  2. Security Level to that matching a Password
  3. in PWRD File. Also sets USERS & USERS.SYS
  4. security level to the higher (or lower if
  5. desired) of the two, allowing the chaining
  6. of Doors that don't use the same method of
  7. updating the Users level.
